Do I still need to pay for treatment?

Yes — the membership covers your routine care, but any additional treatment (such as fillings, crowns, or cosmetic work) is charged at the discounted member rate. This helps keep treatment costs predictable and affordable.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you wish to cancel your membership, just let us know. We’ll explain how cancellation affects any upcoming appointments or benefits you have already used. A short notice period may apply, depending on when your next payment is due.

How do the monthly payments work?

Your fees are collected by direct debit, spreading the cost of your dental care evenly throughout the year. This makes budgeting simple and removes the worry of unexpected bills.

Are emergency appointments included?

Members benefit from priority access to emergency appointments. For every plan, you get one free emergency appointment every year. Afterwards, you only pay a discounted fee of £55 for each emergency appointment.
